I’ve been fortunate to live in Denver, Boston, Buffalo, and Portland over the past few years. Exploring each city has shaped my view of the world and given me an appreciation for the breadth of culture & geographic diversity across the US.
I pivoted from a career path in the physical/life sciences to the investing arena. It was a challenging transition that taught me a lot about grit and persistence.

After years of academic chemistry research with an incredible group of colleagues and advisors, I co-authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Dom is a private equity and growth capital investor at Rallyday. He is responsible for connecting with founders & operators, executing transactions, and supporting companies on their growth journey. For Dom, investing is about taking a servant leadership approach to the middle market – serving founders & management teams in a transparent and trusted capacity.
Outside of work, Dom enjoys skiing, snowboarding, boating, and spending time with family & friends – often visiting his old stomping grounds in Buffalo & Boston.
Prior to Rallyday, Dom held roles with Constitution Capital and the Parkpoint Company, completing middle market investments across the technology, healthcare, industrial, and consumer sectors. He studied chemistry & mathematics at SUNY Geneseo and co-authored publications focused on the synthesis and spectroscopic analysis of novel organogelators.
