Frank Longobardi is the retired CEO of CohnReznick, a $660 million advisory, tax, and assurance firm with 2,700 employees and a global footprint spanning the U.S., Sydney, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and India. Over his 40+ year career in public accounting, he led transformative growth, increasing revenue per partner and net income per partner by over 20%, while also adding more than $61 million in capital during his tenure as CEO.
Since retiring in January 2021, he has remained active in business and nonprofit leadership, serving on the Loan Committee of Newtek Business Services Corp. (a public company) and as an advisor and consultant to SAPRO, where he supports strategic initiatives including compensation planning, goal setting, and M&A.
A seasoned board member, he has served on 12 corporate and nonprofit boards, including as Chairman of the Board, and chaired audit, finance, compensation, and executive committees. He previously served on the board of First International Bank until its sale to UPS in 2001, and on the National Arthritis Foundation Board, where he led efforts to consolidate operations nationwide and served as Chairman from 2020 to 2023.
Over the course of his career, he has advised clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, succession, operations, and international expansion. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to growth, innovation, and strong governance, and he brings a wealth of operational insight and boardroom experience to every organization he supports.
