Frameworks

Simple is better.

Amidst all the complexity of running an organization, we find that frameworks can turn the complex into simple and the seemingly random into a predictable pathway to your biggest dreams.

More Principles

The five driver model was created to help diagnose and reveal where an organization needs additional focus to realize its potential. The five drivers are comprised as a system of interrelated business disciplines, in this deliberate order of importance: (1) Culture, (2) People, (3) Strategy, (4) Process and (5) Structure

The Five Drivers

Great results are initiated and sustained by great leadership. Rallyday Partners believes everyone inside of a high performing organization needs to be and is capable of leadership within their area of responsibility.

You don’t get the results you want. You get the results you lead.

The Performance Pathway

Leadership is about people and performance. Trust without results is unacceptable. Results without trust is unsustainable. These elements work together to produce leadership that motivates and inspires great performance.

Lead Now

Get Out of the Doom Loop. Many leaders fail to coach their people. The excuse that leaders often give is that they are too busy. But the framework illustrates the false logic of this excuse. Leadership is about getting results through others.

The five drivers are comprised as a system of interrelated business disciplines, in this deliberate order of importance: (1) Culture, (2) People, (3) Strategy, (4) Process and (5) Structure

Culture unlocks the power from within the heart of an organization. Foundational culture inspires and directs aligned individual contribution and discretionary effort.

Inspired people find better ways. Leaders turn ideas into a strategy and the team mobilizes the organization into action through process and structure. All in an effort to deliver an amazing customer experience and business results.

It begins with the people. And, properly executed, it ends with the people celebrating the joy of expression and potential turning into reality.

The human spirit thrives together. Let’s rally.

Five Drivers

The Performance Pathway

Great results are initiated and sustained by great leadership. Rallyday Partners believes everyone inside of a high performing organization needs to be and is capable of leadership within their area of responsibility.

You don’t get the results you want. You get the results you lead.

Leaders create the culture that drives the behavior that produces results. Results – the “numbers” – are a reflection of the behavior of people. The behavior of people is a reflection of the culture created by leaders.

True leadership is much more than simply declaring what you want and then expressing disapproval when you don’t get it. That approach doesn’t clarify, align, or inspire. It de-motivates, discourages, and disconnects.

The role of a leader is to create a work environment that engages hearts and minds, focuses effort and energy and enables excellence. Your business will perform to the level of leadership you provide.

Lead Now

Leadership is about people and performance. Trust without results is unacceptable. Results without trust is unsustainable. These elements work together to produce leadership that motivates and inspires great performance.

All six disciplines are necessary, and we focus on building skill and habits across all six disciplines together from the very top of your organization to those on the front line. Importantly, if one discipline is missing or neglected, the effectiveness of a leader is diminished. Likewise, strength in one area does not compensate for weakness in another.

Results are created at the speed of trust.

Leadership is not power derived from status or position. Leadership is a relationship. It is influence based on personal credibility and trust, not authority worth following. People follow the leader first and the vision second.

We have virtual training modules for your team that teach these six disciplines of leadership with a heavy emphasis on building greater trust throughout the organization so that sustainable results can be achieved. This framework will also help us as your investor build a foundation of trust quicker and with more potential for achieving our goals together.

The Doom Loop

Get Out of the Doom Loop. Many leaders fail to coach their people. The excuse that leaders often give is that they are too busy. But the framework illustrates the false logic of this excuse. Leadership is about getting results through others.

Personal fulfillment is based upon the quality of relationships we make, creating impact and opportunities for personal growth. A fulfilled organization is a high performing organization.

This means that effective leaders delegate to their people, and then coach them. Mistakes will be made, but that it is how people learn and grow. And don’t be surprised if/when your people actually do things better than you do!

Having built small companies into larger enterprises, we find the “Doom Loop” to be a fundamental obstacle to your organization reaching its potential. It also limits building leaders from within your company and may result in losing high potential employees seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

Doom Loop

You want that epic business that becomes legendary.

Frameworks

As former CEO’s and students of the game, we have discovered a few frameworks that are timeless, universal and, importantly, easy to teach and execute within your organization.

These frameworks are designed to give you and your team a map and the gear your team will need to reach your summit together. We would be remiss if we did not thank our friends at Focus3 for teaching us these timeless truths that work. Thank you.
