In designing RAP, we drew upon the role of the architect in building organizations that are structurally sound, durable and awe-inspiring–where creativity and engineering combine to build a blueprint that catalyzes an extraordinary future for you and your company.
This six-month program draws on the learnings from our own journeys as founders and CEOs. It is grounded in the lessons learned from our achievements and mistakes that we encountered as we built our own companies. Our dream was to give you a program that could have helped us go even bigger, faster and with fewer stumbles along the way–to build a solid foundation that accelerates healthy growth together.
When we designed this program, the word ‘Accelerator’ had three important meanings. First, it accelerates trust so that we move in concert. Second, it accelerates your personal growth as a leader. Third, it accelerates value creation so that we don’t just hit the ground running — we fly further, together.

Our value creation philosophy is not filled with playbooks or 100-point plans. Our goal is not to replace what is working well. We meet you where you are and provide you and your team with the resources to successfully scale in this next phase of growth. We start the program at ‘Base Camp’ where we gather and acclimate to the higher elevation while aligning around mutual expectations of each other and the journey ahead. This is where we share our fears and aspirations openly so that our first step together is more confident and inspired. There is something magical about the beginning of a journey where we rally and celebrate a new beginning together.
